Member Policies

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

These member policies outline the expectations, rights, and responsibilities for all members and guests of Ballers social sports venues. These venues will be referred to as “Ballers.” By becoming a member, visiting any Ballers location, or participating in Ballers offerings, you agree to follow these policies in addition to the terms outlined in your Membership Agreement.

These policies are designed to help create a fun, safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone. Ballers reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel any membership or access privileges for any reason, including violations of these policies.

1. Membership Access and Account Standing

Membership access, privileges, discounts, booking rights, guest access, parking benefits, and use of amenities are determined by membership type and may vary by location, promotion, or availability.

Members are responsible for understanding the benefits, limitations, and requirements of their membership. Missed payments, policy violations, misuse of privileges, or account issues may result in restricted access, suspended privileges, additional fees, or termination of membership.

All members and guests must check in upon arrival using an approved Ballers check-in method. Ballers may require valid photo identification for identity verification, security, and account purposes. All first-time visitors are required to complete a digital liability waiver before using the club.

2. Billing, Payments, and Cancellation

Members are responsible for all dues, add-ons, guest fees, lessons, reservations, food and beverage charges, retail purchases, and any other charges incurred under their account.

Failed, declined, or past-due payments may result in suspension of membership access, booking privileges, discounts, or other benefits until the amount due is paid.

All membership changes, upgrades, freezes, cancellation requests, or account adjustments must be submitted in writing and are subject to Ballers policies and approval.

Ballers requires written notice of membership cancellation to be submitted at least a full calendar month before the end of the requested final billing period. Memberships remain active through the end of the final billing period, and all applicable dues and charges during that period remain the member’s responsibility. Cancellations are not immediate and may not be backdated.

Dues are charged on the first of each month. If a member submits a cancellation request after the start of a month, the membership will remain active through the end of the following full calendar month, and the member will be responsible for all dues and charges during that period.

3. Reservations, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Court, simulator, class, lesson, private session, program, and event reservations are subject to availability, membership type, and club policies.

Reservations must be canceled at least 36 hours in advance. Reservations canceled within 36 hours, or not canceled at all, will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Any no-shows for free reservations are subject penalty charges equal to the full non-discounted value of the reserved slot.

Members and guests must arrive on time and vacate the reserved space promptly at the end of their reservation. Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, misuse of booking privileges, or failure to follow reservation policies may result in additional fees, restricted booking access, or suspension of privileges.

4. Guest Policy

Guest access is subject to membership type, availability, club policy, and Ballers approval. Members are responsible for the conduct, charges, and policy compliance of their guests at all times.

All guests must be accompanied by the member when using member benefits, check in upon arrival, provide valid photo identification if requested, and complete all required waivers before using the club. Guest fees may apply.

Ballers may limit guest access by time, location, frequency, membership category, or operational needs.

5. Club Use, Safety, and Personal Property

Members and guests must use all courts, simulators, fitness areas, recovery spaces, locker rooms, and common areas safely, respectfully, and only as intended.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, harassment, discrimination, threatening behavior, unsafe or reckless play, damage to property, disrespect toward staff, members, or guests, misuse of membership privileges, repeated no-shows, unauthorized instruction, and violation of club rules.
